The following terms and conditions detailed below are the terms on which CV4SUCCESS sells CV writing & related services, described in the ‘Services’ section on our website.  

 
1. PRICES and PAYMENT
The price for each CV service package is the quoted price of CV4SUCCESS and when the booking is made.  Each of the services constitutes a 2-stage payment:

·         Standard Professional CV Package: an up-front payment of £50 made by the client immediately upon acceptance of an order. Payment may be made by credit card or other cleared funds.  The balance is paid upon completion of the CV & any related services to the client’s satisfaction

·         Executive Professional Package: an up-front payment of £100 made by the client immediately upon acceptance of an order. Payment may be made by credit card or other cleared funds.  The balance is paid upon completion of the CV & any related services to the client’s satisfaction

·         Graduate/New Starter Package: an up-front payment of £25 made by the client immediately upon acceptance of an order. Payment may be made by credit card or other cleared funds.  The balance is paid upon completion of the CV & any related services to the client’s satisfaction

·         Additional Bespoke Services: payment is made by the client immediately on acceptance of an order.  Payment may be made by credit card or other cleared funds.

       ·         Calls to our 0844 lines cost 5p/min from BT land lines. 

             Charges may differ with other operators and mobiles.  

2. PRODUCT and SERVICES
We exercise our professional skill to ensure that the client receives an excellent service, by the following means:

• obtain & analyze information about your career, achievements & future aspirations

• present this data in a CV clearly & accurately; whereby both content & format  
  should readily assist you in achieving the next step in your career

• CV4SUCCESS reserves the right to replace your allocated CV consultant with another equally qualified professional should this prove necessary.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
CV4SUCCESS will deliver the completed CV to an email address nominated by the client. The level of service you order will determine the average length of time taken to deliver your order, the aim being to deliver within 5 working days.

Should a quicker turnaround be required, this can be negotiated at the time of placing the order.

 
4. RISK
The ongoing utilisation of the completed CV shall be entirely at the risk of the client following delivery.

CV4SUCCESS ceases to hold any intellectual property rights or title to the CV after delivery.

 
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CV4SUCCESS accepts no liability for the validity of data contained within the CV.

It is not the role of CV4SUCCESS to validate employment details or to ensure accuracy of information on the CV.  The information provided by the client for their purposes is what is represented.

Hence, CV4SUCESS accepts no liability for false information provided by a client.

 
6. FORCE MAJEURE
CV4SUCESS accepts no liability for any default due to any circumstance beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

·         acts of God, accident, IT viruses, terrorism, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake. etc.
7. GENERAL
If any term or provision of these conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed whilst the remainder of the provisions shall continue in full force and effect, as these conditions will have been agreed,  with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated
CV4SUCCESS may, without the consent of the client, sub-license its rights or obligations or any part of the afore-mentioned conditions.
The headings in these conditions are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any of the conditions

 
8. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering into this agreement.

Furthermore, no statement or representation which is not contained in writing in this agreement shall form part of the contract between the parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW and JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and hence, the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales .

 
10. RIGHTS OF CONSUMER
Nothing contained in these conditions affects statutory consumer rights.

 
11. SCOPE of TRADING CONDITIONS
CV4SUCCESS is not a recruitment or employment agency & does not in any way offer to provide employment, job interviews or other direct recruitment services.

12. CANCELLATION
All services may be cancelled up to 7 days after purchase, without reason by the client, except where delivery of the agreed service has already commenced.

The 1^st stage payment for the services is due and will be taken at the time of booking.  If the services have been purchased then the following cancellation rules apply:

• cancellation up to 7 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken with a consultant 10% will be deducted from the refund for administration charges

• cancellation up to 4 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken with a consultant 25% will be deducted from the refund

• cancellation up to 2 working days prior to the consultation being undertaken with a consultant 50% will be deducted from the refund

• cancellation up to 1 working day prior to the consultation being undertaken with a consultant 75% will be deducted from the refund

·         cancellation within 1 working day of the consultation being undertaken with a consultant no refund will be given.
Refunds due will be returned to the purchaser within 30 days of cancellation.
